Sushmita Mukherjee an Indian women is in love with a Afghani man Jaanbaaz when her family decides to go against their relationship they marry and shift to Afghanistan. Upon reaching the country Sushmita is terrified to see corpses, bomb explosions and militants everywhere and wants to return back but Jaanbaaz takes her to her family who welcomes her but few believe her to be women against Islam. Sushmita notices that Taliban has taken control over everything and want people to live according to their rules and those who decide to go against that are killed.
